RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to feel good about every purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’ll help you sort it out.

Changed your mind?

No worries. You can send your item back within 14 days of purchase for a refund as long as:

  • It hasn’t been used and is still in its original packaging.
  • Any freebies or promos you received come back with it.
  • Return postage is covered by you (unless your item is faulty).

Once your return arrives, we’ll review and send you a quick update and issue your credit.

 

When we can’t accept a return

We can’t process returns for items that are used, damaged, or missing packaging.

If your return doesn’t meet our policy, we’ll let you know - you’ll just need to cover postage if you’d like it sent back.

Received the wrong item? Email us at hello@berrylanestore.com.au right away so we can make it right.

 

Want a different item?

We don’t offer direct swaps. The easiest way:

  • Place a new order for the item you want.
  • Return your original purchase for store credit.

 

Warranty & Faults

We stand by the quality of every Berry Lane item, which is why they’re all backed by a 12-month manufacturing warranty.

If your item isn’t quite right when it arrives, or a fault shows up within 3 months:

  • Send us an email at hello@berrylanestore.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We’ll check things over and, if it’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll sort you out with a replacement or refund (as per Australian Consumer Law).

Normal wear and tear (like light scratches or marks from everyday use) isn’t covered under this warranty.
